DPC MEMBERSHIPS
Bypassing insurance, DPC eliminates copays, reduces overall healthcare costs, and provides convenience along with improved personalized care. Members instead pay a flat, affordable monthly fee, returning the control of care to their physician rather than an insurance company.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
As of January 1, 2026, the Federal “One Big Beautiful Act” allows patients to use HSA funds to pay DPC fees (adults up to $150/mo; family up to $300/mo.).
Medicare
Many DPC models don’t accept patients over 65 years of age due to the expansion of risk regarding concerns for Medicare fraud. The solution, however, is for a physician to “opt-out” of Medicare, which Dr. Dale has done. Importantly, this means Ministry Medical members may still utilize their Medicare benefits for referrals, labs, and imaging orders. Note: Completion of a mutually signed consent form is needed prior to treatment, which will be addressed at intake.

NON-MEMBER ACUTE CARE AND CONSULTATIONS
Acute Care & Consultation Fees
Acute care and/or consultation appointments for non-members are available on a limited basis each day. Please call or email and we will reach out to schedule your appointment.
Visits may include: acute illness, rash, employment physical, or general health assessment consultations.
Chronic disease management (e.g., HRT/TRT, diabetes management) will require DPC membership.
